Customer service at Gordie Boucher I recently brought my car in for its first oil change since purchasing my (gently used) car from G.B. I had no appt, just drove in. Great Service The service team is always very helpful. Justine arranged to accept electronic coupons from me to have them applied to my mom's service as she does ha The service team is always very helpful. Justine arranged to accept electronic coupons from me to have them applied to my mom's service as she does have a smart phone. I had my mom's appointment pre-arranged, the seat adjustment was made immediately, tire sensors only required a computer reset and the oil change and tire rotation were done quickly. Since 2005 our family has had 3 Nissans in WI and 2 Infinites in CA, looking at a fourth Nissan in WI by the end of the year. More

Poor service Left grease stains in my car. “New wheel” was low in air pressure after 3 days of purchase. Mechanic argued air pressure should be at 35 when I purcha Left grease stains in my car. “New wheel” was low in air pressure after 3 days of purchase. Mechanic argued air pressure should be at 35 when I purchased the car the 4 tires were at 41 and when I purchased the new tire they were at 41 and when I left after the complaint they set the tires to 42. If they should be at 35 I’m not sure why they’re over filling my tires because that can be just as dangerous as driving with tire pressure too low. Very unsatisfying and uncomfortable with the service I received. This is not my first visit but was surely my first horrible experience. I didn’t catch the name of the man but he mediocrally helped me both times. I have never had an issue with this dealership and am very disappointed with how this service was handled both the first and second visit regarding my tire. I will not be purchasing a tire if need be from your dealership again. More
