Helping solve my riddle Rob explained the relationship between the various components involved with the issues my car was experiencing. I had gone to another service provide Rob explained the relationship between the various components involved with the issues my car was experiencing. I had gone to another service provider and they were limited in their ability to troubleshoot the issue; Rob advised their approach to solve the problem with software updates to the Engine Control Module as a first step (as opposed to replacing parts they suspect to be involved). Time will determine the exact issue causing the problem; appreciate the acknowledgement they were not crystal clear at this point in time. Second point I'd like to share - the tow truck drive left behind an oily set of fingerprints on the inside of my car. I asked Rob for a recommendation for a cleaner to try; instead he went back to the detail area and brought out Omar, an employee who knew the exact trick to clean up the mess. Rob and Omar took good care of me in that experience. More
