Nissan unable to repair problem I have just 3,000 miles on my 2018 Rouge, lately it has developed a vibration on the steering wheel and floorboard. I took it in to Gordie Boucher an I have just 3,000 miles on my 2018 Rouge, lately it has developed a vibration on the steering wheel and floorboard. I took it in to Gordie Boucher and was advised that the vibration is coming from the engine and that based on the CVT transmission and vehicle design this is common symptom to this vehicle. I looked on line and have seen several complaints about this same vibration since at least 2015. # 1 if this problem has been around that long why hasn't it been corrected? #2 if someone pays almost $30,000. for a car it shouldn't have this problem. The service person advised that there is NOTHING that can be done about it. 3# Nissan if this is how you do business and treat you customers I have to tell you .... you lost me as well as some friends and relatives as a customer. More

I am not giving a convincing answer to my car problem I have a continuous noise due to apparently the power steering pump or breaks. I purchased the car just less than two months ago. I came to the shop twice and spend so much time waiting. At the end my car was not treated and I was told this is a "Normal" noise that I have to live with. This is a defect and it is annoying and worrying. My driving the Nissan Altima will not be pleasant and I am going to change my whole thinking of buying or recommending Nissan to anyone if this type of answers is giving to me. More

He was also able to give me a good price on tires and was able to get me in last minute to have new tires placed and an alignment. With my busy schedule, it was nice to be able to get all this done in the same visit. Thank you! More
