Used wrong oil poor service Used wrong oil, said it was fine. Slammed case of oil on my car because I asked for correct oil and new filter. I had to check my own Oil level after I had to remind them to change the filter. Which they did after putting car back on ground full of new oil. Oil change took three hours and was still low on oil when I left. I had to go buy another quart of oil to fill my engine. Duke was the only bright spot of the experience. More

Headlamp change I always use Gordie Boucher service centers for car maintenance and repairs. I was only slightly dissatisfied at this appointment because as I left, I always use Gordie Boucher service centers for car maintenance and repairs. I was only slightly dissatisfied at this appointment because as I left, i noticed the "check engine indicator" was on. I called the technician and was advised to return to have them look at it. A quick visual inspection under the hood was made and i was told it was unrelated to the service performed and the timing was coincidental. I would need to make another appointment and the cost for diagnostics is $100.00+. I was frustrated and agreed to wait for a call from the service adviser on Monday once she discussed the situation with management. i continued with my errands and then noticed that the light was gone. Not sure what that was about. My only comment is that i think the service technician could have taken more ownership of the situation since the light was not on when i brought the car in. More

I left with no corrective action and no explanation other then other technology in my car might be interfering with the signal. That is not a solution. I understand I shouldn't get special treatment just because this is my third Nissan through this dealership but I would have hoped it would at least give me a bit more understanding and effort put into fixing my issue. Instead the issue was shown as I was leaving, with my car not starting when I pushed the button and again it seemed to be acceptable to those I was working with. I will not be purchasing a Nissan for my next vehicle and most certainly will not be returning to this dealership. Now I just have to cross my fingers that my car continues to start (since there is no back up option to start my 2015 Rogue) until I can replace it with a different car that will start every time without having to shut off or remove technology that every person today carries with them. More
