I am not giving a convincing answer to my car problem I have a continuous noise due to apparently the power steering pump or breaks. I purchased the car just less than two months ago. I came to the shop t I have a continuous noise due to apparently the power steering pump or breaks. I purchased the car just less than two months ago. I came to the shop twice and spend so much time waiting. At the end my car was not treated and I was told this is a "Normal" noise that I have to live with. This is a defect and it is annoying and worrying. My driving the Nissan Altima will not be pleasant and I am going to change my whole thinking of buying or recommending Nissan to anyone if this type of answers is giving to me. More

Easy and accomodating I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation with a request for quote on tires. Service was great. During my oil change the service tech I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation with a request for quote on tires. Service was great. During my oil change the service tech recommended I replace my in cabin filter. He was also able to give me a good price on tires and was able to get me in last minute to have new tires placed and an alignment. With my busy schedule, it was nice to be able to get all this done in the same visit. Thank you! More
