Best lube tech! I had the best experience with the lube tech Jayden, he was very polite and knowledgeable. We took it to Gordie Boucher Nissan on Highway 100 and were serviced immediately. They fix the tire in less than 1 hour and did not charge us. That is what I call customer service great job! More

Not Happy! I have been coming here for awhile and have always had great service but not today. Had an appointment at 4, arrived a little early, and did not walk I have been coming here for awhile and have always had great service but not today. Had an appointment at 4, arrived a little early, and did not walk out until 5:54 pm for just an oil change and headlight replacement. They did the oil change and then forgot about the headlight, had to then take the car back and put it back up. The lady that was working with me was very nice and very apologetic but kept saying it was the end of the day and they are probably ready to head out. The kicker is: a lady that came in after me and left before me got her oil change comped because she had to wait so long, I got 10% off which didn’t even cover the oil change. Then I get in my car and they left the plastic seat covers on and the paper mat on the floor, which has never been done before. Just not very impressed with yesterday’s experience at all. More

Price totaled over 500.00 -I said going on one road trip - he said could have it done now....I didn’t realize in email offer that if 500.00 spent get 50.00 discount. I know now it said only one offer to be used. -advisor could have said ... will ring you up for 10.00 discount and you can pay the 39.00 for oil / rotation. Then we can take car back into shop and do new 500.00 job and you can get 50.00 discount. Or could say we can give you 50.00 discount and take away 10.00 discount . Or tell me to set up new appointment this week to use the 50.00 discount for 500.00 job Bottom line... not interested in reducing my bill.... very poor customer service Now considering taking my balance else where,-invoice number 408744 More

Very disappointed in Boucher as a whole I purchased this vehicle from Boucher and I've had the vehicle for less than a year. It has completely not started 3 times. Been in out of service for I purchased this vehicle from Boucher and I've had the vehicle for less than a year. It has completely not started 3 times. Been in out of service for numerous different maintenance issues, ranging from the time frame of overnight to more than a week on occasions. No loaner vehicle offered, kids and I being stuck trying to get around having to miss work disassemble and reassemble their car and booster seat as we tried to keep up with our normal schedules as much as possible. As I started to work my way up to corporate to explain this is quite ridiculous for a dealership at this capacity, I was offered a loaner on one of the more recent service periods. Vehicle broke down approximately two weeks later, after I made my way to the corporate office. It wouldn’t start right before it was time for me to go to work, thank God I had gotten my children to where they needed to be safely after their doctor’s appointments Monday morning, and that they didn’t have to wait in a hot car for the tow truck. When the truck driver came and heard all of this, even he was appalled, saying they should have been certain to get to the issue although he was eventually able to start it with a jump start, they should have gotten to the bottom of the issue by now instead of guessing game as many times as the car failed within this short time span and $ keeps being dished out. He reiterated they probably should have taken it to the Toyota dealer to get the diagnosis if they weren’t going to offer a just compensation being the car is less than a year old and being who they are. I just left now after paying an almost $300 fee, 2 weeks before that it was over $400 plus, not counting the deductibles and other things that weren’t covered under warranty throughout the year in addition to the Ubers, paying people for rides, and the time I’ve missed from work. I am just making it to work from the latest visit (8/21/2019) needless to say, I will be forming an official complaint as soon as I have the time to gather all the occurrences and find the most official and appropriate platforms to file. More
