Time wasted Brought my car in Tuesday evening. They told me it would be a couple hours to diagnose so they would start on it first thing in the morning. I waited Brought my car in Tuesday evening. I waited 3 hours before I called, they still haven’t figured out. 2 1/2 later they call and tell me they can’t fix it till Thursday.. I believe because my car was under warranty they fixed cars ahead of me that had to pay. I maybe right and I maybe wrong, I feel with what you guys charge that you’re going to fix paying customers first. Also they didn’t have a rental for me and I had to get my own rental. I maybe a nobody, but you’re not suppose to treat me like one. I have bought 4 cars from Gordie Boucher in the last 2 years. I’ve been really happy with everyone I had contact with until this happen. More

Great No-appointment service! But 2 low tires after Rotatio I love the no appointment oil change so I had my tires rotated. I had purchased the tires along with the road hazard insurance here. Both the right s I love the no appointment oil change so I had my tires rotated. I had purchased the tires along with the road hazard insurance here. Both the right side tire pressures were lower than the right driving in. Leaving the dealership, the pressures were still lower than the inspection-stated 32 PSI. This morning the low tire warning light was on, so I had to add air. They were 27 & 28 #s. See the attached pic. More

Always have a good experience so I keep coming back I like bringing my Quest here. I get a shuttle ride that is timely and that helps a lot.OE prices on parts are outrageous. Customer Service is always friendly and competent. Duke Huffman went above and beyond by giving me a ride to and from home as the shuttle driver was out sick. Really appreciated it. Seems like the wait time on oil changes is always longer than told and much longer than the express guys that are out there. I had a tire replaced and you couldn't balance it because the equipment was on the fritz. Had to bring it back. Annoying. Overall a good service facility. More

You're lucky to have Dennis! I'm not normally a person who fills out surveys but this is one of those cases it just needs to be done. I have been using Gordie Boucher Nissan for I'm not normally a person who fills out surveys but this is one of those cases it just needs to be done. I have been using Gordie Boucher Nissan for all service and maintenance on the Altima I purchased there new in 2013 and have always had good service there but my last two visits, both handled by Dennis, were exceptional. On my most recent visit, Dennis took my call and was able to get me scheduled right away. When I arrived about 45 minutes later, he'd already confirmed the part I needed was in stock and had pricing ready along with a coupon that would apply. Not only that, but because I was having the same part replaced (first was passenger side, this was drivers), he'd made arrangements for the work to be done by the same technician (Jake) who'd done the work at my last visit. I also needed an oil change and asked that he have Jake look into a rattle I'd been hearing.. Shortly after my arrival, Dennis came to the waiting room to explain Jakes's initial findings on the noises I was hearing, to give me pricing on the things I knew needed, and to make sure it was ok to go ahead with those things while he got more detail and pricing on the others. In under an hour, he was back to tell me the oil change was done and give me an update on the progress (9:21 am) and within 90 minutes of my arrival I had the majority of the existing job complete, an explanation of the cause and fix for the rattle and the maintenance items that were due to be completed. I knew he was being honest when he told me what he felt needed to be done and what could probably wait, because my husband is very knowledgeable and what Dennis said was almost an exact match to his predictions. In both this visit and my last, Dennis went out of his way to try to find a coupon or special that would apply. When I told him to go ahead with the rest of the work he offered to find out how long it would take and said he'd make arrangements for me if I wasn't able to wait. It was well before noon when all was said and done. My prior visit was very similar. Dennis was respectful for my time and money and he's just one of those people that makes something like having your car fixed a good experience. I hope you know what a gem you have there! Note: this sounds like a 5 star review and would be if the way the known transmission issues hadn't been handled so poorly. Much of that wasn't the fault of Boucher and can be attributed to the regional group and Nissan corporate who caused this 5x Nissan owner to eliminate Nissan as an option for buying my new car this year.
