Overall the experience was good - Jessica Hendren is great and I enjoy working with her. I was a little disappointed that they didn't have all of the parts needed for my brake job when I dropped it off great and I enjoy working with her. I was a little disappointed that they didn't have all of the parts needed for my brake job when I dropped it off for my scheduled appt. We had previously discussed that it would likely be a bigger job and yet the diagnostic map of possible parts needed didn't get pulled up until I dropped it off. Given I made the appt weeks in advance at the recommendation of the service dept when they did a cursory inspection, I would've expected all the parts to be on hand. Jessica expressed frustration with this as well. They ended up keeping the vehicle over the weekend so they could finish on a Monday. I was a little surprised that I was not offered a loaner vehicle for the weekend. I was temporarily stranded at the dealership as they were no longer offering shuttles further than a few miles out from the dealer due to COVID, (I live 8.5 miles away) which I understand but had not been communicated to me prior to arrival, and I'd been offered a shuttle on my previous visit for an oil change a month prior (also during COVID). Once they realized they were going to have to keep the car, Jessica was able to arrange for an exception to the shuttle, apologizing for the miscommunication, and got me home, but they asked if I could find a ride for vehicle pick up on Mon. Jessica did say that if worse came to worse they could pick me up again, which I appreciated, but feel like a loaner vehicle would've solved this. I realize COVID is causing restrictions on policies and employees are stretched, but it's hard to divorce those things from the customer service you've come to expect over the years. Despite the feedback here, I'm looking forward to working with Jessica and Boucher again in the future. More

I have known Marissa since purchasing my Pathfinder Platinum in August of 2019. Messaged her this morning about a refund check for early payoff.
