We have continued to use this dealership despite repeated disappointments. My vehicle was dropped off for a recall repair. First, I had to contact the service department to find out if my vehicle was ready disappointments. My vehicle was dropped off for a recall repair. First, I had to contact the service department to find out if my vehicle was ready. The recall was supposed to take 5 hours, when it had been 7 hours, I called. Surprise, my vehicle was ready. Second, when I arrived, my paperwork still had not made it to the cashier. Third, in reviewing the paperwork, I noticed a critical repair item listed. I was never contacted to ask if I wanted the repair completed while they had my car. Forth, I requested a return call from the mechanic to ask why I wasn't notified. No one has called me back. We are now going on day 3 without a return call. While we can overlook not filling our tires with air during an oil change, turning off the auto headlight setting without informing us, failing to notify us, multiple times, that our car wash was completed, this was the final straw. Communication seems to be a lost artform with this dealership. The convenient location is no longer worth the headache. More

The last two times I went to this service center, they seemed to forget something. The last time the blinker I came in to fix was not fixed, when I got home I noticed...what a drag and time waste to have seemed to forget something. Then this time, they gave me estimates on everything under the sun but forgot to make my appointment for the flashing light on my dash, which was what I came in for! Just really seemed focused on giving me hundreds of dollars of estimates for maintenance I needed (granted it probably really is needed), but did not focus on what my real issue was. I have gone to this Nissan dealership forever, but the last couple times it has been a bit challenging. More
In for recall work, then had to bring back a week later with engine lights on. First visit told 2-3 hrs was over 7 hrs. Second visit told 2 hrs and it was over 4 hrs.
