Trusted Service I have used this service center since having purchased my Nissan rogue in 2013. They're always friendly in the facility is always clean and organized. My Nissan rogue has low miles for a 6 year old car and looks in excellent condition. I took my car in for a routine oil change and tire rotation, budgeting about $300. In the end, it cost me $1,600 with another $900 worth of work needing to be done. I was told that despite all the times that I have brought it in in the past, that there were things that needed to be done that were never done. if I had been told about them in the past I could have taken care of them a little at a time instead of spending $1,600 all at once. As an individual on a fixed income due to retirement, I was shocked and disappointed by that fact. Despite that, I trust the work that they do. More

They understand we all have jobs and lives that must continue when our car is temporarily down. Communication is always updated. We may not always like the cost of some repairs, but at least they do a good job explaining everything as honestly as they can, and never try to use scare tactics or sales tactics. More

There were several cars in front of mine, but I was told that it would take an hour to an hour and a half. Duke was extremely friendly on the phone and Matt took good care of me when I arrived. More
