After the free detailing, which was nice of them I went to open my tailgate and found the actuator switch was broken off and up inside the body. I used a forceps to get it down to where I can use it. Really great service, and that’s from someone who has had some bad experiences with dealership service. Terrific shop you’ve got. I bought an old NIssan Altima for my son, low miles, looked great, drove fine at first, but oh, then the problems started. Just when it came time for an emissions test, the check engine light came on (the dreaded Code 1273). Took it to two independent shops and sank a couple grand into it, and the light just kept coming back on. It was all guesswork, not real diagnostics. In desperation, I decided I’d better check in with someone who specifically knew Nissans. Boucher correctly diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a jiffy. More recently, the car wouldn’t start, so I had it towed to Boucher. TJ in your service department did a fantastic job of communicating the progress and diagnosis, and the shop techs got the work done right the same day the parts came in. Can’t say enough. Job well done. More
