My first call was not returned to setup the fist appointment. They had vehicle for 8 hours and never called me to let me know it was done ( it was there for an oil change). I had to call them. I appointment. They had vehicle for 8 hours and never called me to let me know it was done ( it was there for an oil change). I had to call them. I was told there was an open recall on my vehicle and parts needed to be ordered, but no mention of this was found on my paperwork. This was the first service with only 5000 miles on the vehicle.
