Tim (TJ) was my initiating contact and he was very helpful and took the time to explain everything that neede to be done. Jess Hendren assisted on my second visit when TJ was unavailable. Dennis was my service advisor, he is so friendly and pleasant to work with. He took the time to explain things to me and kept me updated every step of the way. They even washed my car twice, because of the terrible tree sap on it. The amenities while you wait are great, and the treat in my car when they were finished was so unexpected, but the cherry on top. I have nothing negative to say. Thank you!! More
