My service good it was longer than usual but since I was a little late I did not mind waiting. I notice two services I was informed of that needed to be done and a third that I was not. I did not agree to do the service be cause of time the service person indicated my car would be needed an additional 2-3 hrs added to the 2 hours I had been there. I was not notified of the air filter needed by the service person that was documented on the service invoice. These things are normally discussed with me and I will say future appointments. I don't just refuse service as noted on my service agreement. I do question what needs to be done and why. So this method was a little different. Also I would have had the air filter drop in had someone told me it was needed. More
