I recently purchased a new Altima from Gordie Boucher Nissan. It was a great experience every time I went to the dealership! Everyone on the staff was friendly and professional, the best I have visited Nissan. It was a great experience every time I went to the dealership! My salesman was John Kaage and he did a fantastic job presenting the car to me, sorting through options, and finding the right vehicle. He has a very nice style and a good sense of humor. He listened closely and really worked on getting the car I wanted more than just making a sale. I whole-heartedly recommend this dealership! And, I love this Altima! More

My entire experience with the Boucher Automotive Group has been very positive. A friend connected me with Lee McGee and he was very patient while I was considering a Mazda. When I decided to test drive a Nissan, he called the Nissan dealership in his gruop and let them know that I was shopping and interested. I scheduled my appointment to test drive and hopefully buy a specific model. I realized that one wasn't the model for me, but Hannah listened to what was important to me and we found the right vehicle that checked all my boxes. She also helped me understand the pros/cons of leasing, and I determined I would likely be happier to lease than to buy. We wrote up a deal and I picked up the vehicle the next day. Thank you to both Hannah and Lee for making this car experience a plus! More

I came in for oil change on Aug 5th, and it was lucky I called Kyle back the following evening, to ask about car insurance. Toward the end of conversation, Kyle happened to mention a gasket he found on th called Kyle back the following evening, to ask about car insurance. Toward the end of conversation, Kyle happened to mention a gasket he found on the garage floor after I left. It was a good thing I wasn't out of state, as when we went into garage, there was a HUGE oil leak under the car. It saturated the almost the bottom half of floor under car. Kyle told me to bring it in and told me that it was "simply a plug that ripped the filter"???? I have never had anything like that happen. He guaranteed me that he would check fluids and make sure everything was okay and refill the oil. I left and over the next couple days, noticed a chirping sound coming from right front of car...odd that it would start immediately after this. I checked with some mechanics we know and they thought it might be the oil that leaked onto one of the belts. I had brought back the car once, to double check for leaks as I noticed excessive leaking from air conditioning...Kyle checked it out "to make sure I was safe" on Aug 8 and "guaranteed me that everything was refilled and safe" and "I shouldn't worry about noise". He refused to check it out, changing his story that he now "would have to charge me." I happened to check the oil myself , and it isn't even filled to the 1/4 mark. Two other guys have checked this and confirmed it. I am asking for a refund of my oil change and I want to come in and personally stand with the mechanic and verify that nothing is leaking nor any harm done to any of my belts, etc. It is too much of a coincidence that this would all happen now, and I'm not going to be taken advantage of again. The thing that really makes me mad is that if Kyle saw the gasket on the floor, he should have immediately called me to at least warn me, as he admitted he knew I was the last one to leave the station from an oil change. Found out noise was due to low oil pressure. More

They went the extra step to make you feel comfortable. From the receptionist to the Sales Manager, everyone was wonderful. I was more than pleased with the customer service and attention I received from Barbara Airoldi. She was friendly, knowlegeable and definitely not pushy. She let me find my own timeline. She has great follow up that was never aggressive but always helpful and encouraged me to ask questions about anything that was confusing with my new car. Tim, in the business office, had all my paperwork ready was excellent in explaining my choices for service plans and options. It made my experience very relaxed. My new car runs like a dream. I know the Service Dept. follow up will be great since we already own a Boucher Sentra. We have never had a problem with the Service Department in the last 15 years of servicing different vehicles. From start to finish everyone at Boucher Nissan was helpful and friendly . I would highly recommend using the team at Boucher Nissan in Greenfield. They will find you what you are looking for and when you have found it, they will be there to help you acquire it and maintain it so you & your family will be safe More
