I leased a new 2013 Nissan Rogue, and it was a great experience. The car is exactly what I was looking for, and the staff was excellent. I was referred to this dealership and heard several good comments from former customers. I test drove the vehicle and had never been given the option of taking a car on the expressway; that was nice to check out the eco and sport modes and have them explained to me while driving the car. Brad Doney the salesman went over the features of the car twice before I left. Mike explained all the paperwork, which entailed quite a bit to make sure I understood everything and Tom finished off the day with an exit interview and an additional gift. All three gentleman were pleasant and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone for every type of car they sell. The entire experience was great! More

While searching on line for a new (read different, used car) I submitted countless internet inquiries on a few vehicles I thought would meet my needs. I described my situation (credit issues) and my trade, (not the most marketable used car) and they were STILL interested in working with me. I was never made to feel embarassed or not worthy of their time due to my situation. John Rzepny made me feel very welcome, and he was VERY patient with my limitations in what am able to afford. He spent a LOT of time to find the right vehicle for me, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. I was far from the easiest case they had to work with. Their finance department was also far more friendly than I expected went out of thier way to deal with a unique challenge with me. If you don't choose Gordie Boucher for any of your vehicle needs you're missing out on a great car buying experience. More

Brian W (our salesperson), introduced himself, and was very knowledgeable about the Rogue we were looking at. The Rogue we wanted had everything it said it had, from our online research. It was also very clean inside the vehicle and out. For our test drive we used regular streets and the highway, which gave us a great feel for the Rogue as a whole. When it was time to sit down and talk numbers, Brian W was informative, and non pushy in making our transaction a reality. I have to say this was the best car purchasing experience I've ever made. Never at any time did I feel I was a number in a long line waiting to sign on the dotted line and then shown the door. Being treated in this way on my first visit made me feel alot more comfortable about my purchase and highly influenced my reason to return a second time. There will be a third visit in my future. I only hope the sales, financing and service staff will still be around at that time as these individuals are what made the entire trans1action possible and they portray a level of professionalism that Boucher should set the bar at.
