Oil change and tire rotation I was told one hour of service time then told 1 hr 45 10 minutes later. I had other appts. that day and it did get done in 1 hr 15. Thanks! I think it is very important to promise oil and tire changes in 1 hr or less. I do see and feel pressure to get more service work done by all dealers that provide service and that's why I have my own mechanic. More

Nissan unable to repair problem I have just 3,000 miles on my 2018 Rouge, lately it has developed a vibration on the steering wheel and floorboard. I took it in to Gordie Boucher an I have just 3,000 miles on my 2018 Rouge, lately it has developed a vibration on the steering wheel and floorboard. I took it in to Gordie Boucher and was advised that the vibration is coming from the engine and that based on the CVT transmission and vehicle design this is common symptom to this vehicle. I looked on line and have seen several complaints about this same vibration since at least 2015. # 1 if this problem has been around that long why hasn't it been corrected? #2 if someone pays almost $30,000. for a car it shouldn't have this problem. The service person advised that there is NOTHING that can be done about it. 3# Nissan if this is how you do business and treat you customers I have to tell you .... you lost me as well as some friends and relatives as a customer. More
