I received a detailed explanation of the work they did and the things that they checked while servicing my car. I also bought my Nissan from this dealership. It was a wonderful experience from dealing with the sales representative to the Manager to get the deal done. It is worth the 45 minute drive to me to get my car serviced here. More

Annoyed They kept trying to get me to get more work done on my car then was necessary. Getting a simple key made was nearly $65 more then anywhere else. I was told my car was ready, it took me 15 minutes to get to the dealership to pick it up and it wasn't ready. I still had to wait an additional 46 minutes for it. I was told it was being washed... 20 minutes later he said it was being dried... Then 8 minutes later it was finally ready for me and it was still totally wet. I hate being lied to. Totally unprofessional. More
STAY AWAY Worst vehicle buying/servicing experience ever. Initial lease of my vehicle (2016 Altima SR) went smooth. I hesitated a bit when I first saw my monthl Worst vehicle buying/servicing experience ever. Initial lease of my vehicle (2016 Altima SR) went smooth. I hesitated a bit when I first saw my monthly payment, but Kevin Johnson (sales rep) offered to add in a remote start free. Said it would take a week for the key to come in. 2 months down the road, I had no remote start and Kevin Johnson would not even return my calls or texts when I asked about it lol. (He added me on facebook, so I could see he read the messages) After about 6 months he finally responded. Said my key has been waiting on his desk to be picked the whole time...and he'd gladly program the remote start...except it would cost $250 for the fob. In other words, 2 yrs later and I still have no remote start in my car. Took my car in for a routine oil/filter change. It was recommended I change my cabin filter - so I did. Except the filter was taken out my car, and a new one was never put back in. Last night I went to autozone and bought new engine and cabin filters and discovered I had been driving with no cabin filter for over 5,000 miles. Not to mention, the jerk who didn't replace the filter in the first place also went though my console and glove box and stole my change, an expensive digital PSI gauge and my marijuana pipe. Go figure. Back in March, I noticed my trunk is starting to rust out. My car is only 2 years old. So I called Rob in service and after some hemming and hawing he finally admitted it's covered under warranty and I should get an estimate. So I called to schedule an appt....no answer. No returned calls. So I got aggressive and just drove up to the dealership (I live an hour away) and forced them to take an estimate. She took some pictures (I think her name was Amy) and gave me a dollar estimate. Said she would call with an appt time to bring it back. It is now July 11. She has not returned 1 single message I have left on her machine and I still have not been given an appt to have the warranty repairs done. I had originally planned to buy this car out after my lease, but I'm leaning more and more towards early termination and getting myself a new car from anywhere but a Gordie Boucher dealer. I will NEVER buy from these people again or even take my car to them to be serviced. More

We had a problem with oil maintenance light and since we had just had the oil changed and engine serviced at a Nissan dealership in South Carolina where we live, we thought it was just a matter of turning off the sensor light. Since we bought the car at your dealership 10 years ago and had used your service department in the past before we moved, we took it to your dealership and we were blown away by the service we received!! He said they would just check it over to make sure nothing else was wrong and offered to have the car washed as well. He guided us into the waiting room where he offered refreshments, coffee, WI FI, and Even Starbucks with donuts! After a short wait, he came back and said everything checked out fine, gave us a copy of the service invoice. And the best part was NO CHARGE! My sister and her husband always buy their Nissans from Boucher and I would recommend them all day long!! Thank you!! More
