There were no numerous trips to the manager's backroom office to secure an agreeable price. Above all he was well versed in a 2020 Altima, explaining features and how it was different from my 2014 Altima trade-in. I have since learned that my hooking up with him thru the "chat" on internet page was completely by luck. I had some good luck. My only gripe was that all the time and info I shared and documented with the chat person was not forwarded to him prior to my first visit. We started over with my interests after meeting him. I quickly got past, and he remedied my dislike for a white car which he had presented to me for a test ride...…….. And thank you for the test ride gift. More
