Julia, the salesperson, was phenomenal to say the least. She was attentive to detail and blew my expectations away with how most salespeople are with customers. There was no pushiness, complete understanding and worked with what I wanted. In addition, she got along with my kids. That usually never happens. It was meant to be. AC repair We are always happy with the way we are treated at Nissan, in this case, by Duke, in the service area. But we are rarely too happy about the price fo We are always happy with the way we are treated at Nissan, in this case, by Duke, in the service area. But we are rarely too happy about the price for parts/services and added fees (like disposal of old parts). We don't think an AC compressor or the lines should be corroded after only 3-4 years, especially when our car is in the garage all year. A repair of over $1300 was a shocker to us. More

Easy transaction Came in for a recall. Easy to deal with and they let me borrow a vehicle while they worked on mine. I was also there for my rear mounted camera which Came in for a recall. Easy to deal with and they let me borrow a vehicle while they worked on mine. I was also there for my rear mounted camera which we found out was going to cost $400 more than I was quoted so I elected to not have that service done. I wish I would have known that after we already put $400 into trying to fix the problem. I understand that those things happen, but there really wasn’t any compensation offer. I get it but it still puts a sour taste in your mouth. More
