I took my new Frontier in for its first oil change and tire rotation on 5/1 at 8:30AM. After leaving I noticed multiple chips on my front grill in the same spot from what I believe was caused by something tire rotation on 5/1 at 8:30AM. After leaving I noticed multiple chips on my front grill in the same spot from what I believe was caused by something on the techs pants/shirt rubbing up against it while performing the oil change, it is quite the reach to fill the oil on a Frontier. No protection was placed over the grill during the service (you can see directly into the service bays through the windows inside the dealership). Also, I noticed this morning while confirming the oil level that my air intake box was left opened/misaligned, allowing unfiltered air into my engine. I saw the filter removed during the service for inspection. It also took 1.5 hours with an appointment for the service. Completely unacceptable, I can no longer trust Gordie Boucher Nissan of Greenfield with my new vehicle. More

When I arrived at the dealership, Amanda greeted me right away, took my keys, and kept me updated while my vehicle was being diagnosed. She clearly explained the issue and the cost of the repair, which I approved. To my surprise and delight, Amanda arranged a courtesy vehicle for me while my car was being serviced—a gesture I truly appreciated. Amanda’s friendly attitude, clear communication, and outstanding customer service turned a potentially stressful situation into a smooth and pleasant experience. She went above and beyond.
