Used wrong oil poor service Used wrong oil, said it was fine. Slammed case of oil on my car because I asked for correct oil and new filter. I had to check my own Oil level after Used wrong oil, said it was fine. Slammed case of oil on my car because I asked for correct oil and new filter. I had to check my own Oil level after I had to remind them to change the filter. Which they did after putting car back on ground full of new oil. Oil change took three hours and was still low on oil when I left. I had to go buy another quart of oil to fill my engine. Duke was the only bright spot of the experience. More

Pressured I went back to this dealership because I purchased a z from them last year and it was a great experience. I took my pathfinder there to get it detailed since I was looking to trade it in on a new car. I was cleaning it up to trade it in on a XT5. I made the mistake of looking at cars on their lot and I really wish I would have gotten my car detailed and gone home. I can honestly say they lost a customer after this purchase. I felt very pressured. I felt like it was about the customer when I purchased my Z, this purchase felt like it was all about the sale. I wanted to think abut the purchased and had to listen to the guy saying he lost sales because of me. At one point I said I didn’t want the car I wanted my car back he said they already switched the plates. Then when I wanted to look at other finance options since I was pre-approved through another company for a 3.5 rate I had to listen to the finance guy tell me it would take days for them to get the check so I walked away with a 6.0 rate. The car was supposedly 35,995 on the site but 37494.00 is listed as cash price, this may have something to do with all of the protection nonsense that they push on you that I did not want. Summed up it was like going on a date and the guy tells you how much money, time, energy, etc he spent on you. Sorry but I WOULD NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN! To be honest I will find another dealership for service. More
