Working with PJ in finance to finalize paperwork was done quickly and efficiently. I never felt like I was sitting there just to wait nor did I feel rushed. Absolutely incredible. I originally started at Rosen because I have previously got three cars from them. They were terrible after nearly 2 hrs. The sales person there yelled at me and was very rude. She did not know the product. She was also trying to strong arm me into doing something I was not interested in. The worst car sales person I have ever worked with. I left and went to Boucher and was helped immediately. I was never pressured or rushed. They offered me the best options working with knowledge, efficiency and friendliness.
