Oil Change (Express Service) Normally Express Service oil change is less than an hour. This time I was there and 1hour and 35 minutes. Lease gone bad take 2 Did not have a very good experience with turning in my first leased vehicle. To make a long story short, things did not go very smoothly. The car I received did not have the same features (navigation) as what I previously had. I do need to take some of the blame for not checking it out 100% before I took it home. However when I expressed my displeasure, they contacted me right away and wanted to make everything correct. Got the car back in and they sent it out to a secondary source to put in the navigation/upgraded radio. There are features that were not working properly and I had to drive 40 minutes to the secondary installer and they also had issues. Turns out, now I lose other features associated with the back up camera and the android phone that I have, is not fully compatible when that's is what I said I had. Only works with Apple Play. No hands free calling like it had when initially leased. Clock on car and radio not the same time. Was told the radio isn't really compatible with a Nissan Sentra. Not sure why it was installed. To be fair, there are some features the new radio has that I didn't have before but I guess you have to sacrifice some things I had for other things I didn't want. Now I have to setup an appointment to drive 40 min away again to see if they can fix the voice call button but the other things will still not work. Not sure if it is worth it anymore. More
