Helping solve my riddle Rob explained the relationship between the various components involved with the issues my car was experiencing. I had gone to another service provide Rob explained the relationship between the various components involved with the issues my car was experiencing. I had gone to another service provider and they were limited in their ability to troubleshoot the issue; Rob advised their approach to solve the problem with software updates to the Engine Control Module as a first step (as opposed to replacing parts they suspect to be involved). Time will determine the exact issue causing the problem; appreciate the acknowledgement they were not crystal clear at this point in time. Second point I'd like to share - the tow truck drive left behind an oily set of fingerprints on the inside of my car. I asked Rob for a recommendation for a cleaner to try; instead he went back to the detail area and brought out Omar, an employee who knew the exact trick to clean up the mess. Rob and Omar took good care of me in that experience. More

Oil Change, Tire Rotation, Car Wash, and Misc Inspections Boucher Nissan is the best when it comes to buying and servicing. We bought a 2015 Murano and 2016 Maxima a day apart. Excellent Service I was frustrated because my car was having issues again and I did not know where to turn. I called Gordie Boucher Nissan and immediately they were wil I was frustrated because my car was having issues again and I did not know where to turn. I called Gordie Boucher Nissan and immediately they were willing to help. They were able to find an issue that another dealer could not and get my car ready for pickup that same day. I was very satisfied with my service and with Rob in the Service department. Very helpful and reassured me that my car was in good hands. Even went the extra mile to have me check with the company that sold me my battery to ensure that all of my bases were covered. Not everyone would take the time to do that. More
