It was a typical car buying experience...but James was very helpful while showing me the car. He asked the typical car salesman questions such as, what do you like about the car, what's it going James was very helpful while showing me the car. He asked the typical car salesman questions such as, what do you like about the car, what's it going to take to get you into this car, etc. When I gave James my price during negotiations, General Sales Manager, Mike explained why he couldn't give me that deal ... no problem, I liked the deal that Mike gave me. I was also appreciative that Boucher waited until I could secure my down payment from an annuity account I needed to get the money from. James was in constant contact with me during this time. I asked Mike if I could finance part of the purchase and he said that the minimum was $5500.00. I chose 3 years at $190.00 per month. However, went I came in to sign the paperwork and pickup the car PJ informed me that the minimum was $7500.00 and my payment increased $35.00 so I had to choose a longer time frame to reduce my payment for budgetary purposes. I was also disappointed that Boucher wouldn't offer any warranty (even a 1 year) on their used cars unless, of course, I paid for it, an additional $700.00. I was also disappointed that you only supplied me with 1 key. I had to pay $225.00 to get another key, unacceptable. When I hit submit this review wouldn't let me send it because I didn't hit yes or no if I would recommend this dealership so I hit yes, reluctantly, because there was no middle answer. More
