stressful, drawnout and depressing my dealer did not listen too me and i didnt have all his attention. i came for a maroon car. he forced me to buy the white with promise up wrapping it my dealer did not listen too me and i didnt have all his attention. i came for a maroon car. he forced me to buy the white with promise up wrapping it in maroom, i hate white and he tried to convince me white dont matter, he promised to wrap it, now he changed his mind. i wanted the total under 20k & notes under 300. he made me pay 19,800 before tge additins for a car that was on sale for 15,448 and force me to get a white car, wants me to believe it cost $43252 to detail the car. he should have charged me 15448 t h.g.h en added the ot h.g.h er items and the car still smells like cigars that i cant get out. and i have breathing problems and cant be around that. Ok experience Husband took my Pathfinder for normal service (oil change and a couple of other items), but also wanted them to look at a "check engine" light that we Husband took my Pathfinder for normal service (oil change and a couple of other items), but also wanted them to look at a "check engine" light that went on right before the oil change. My husband asked them if they could look at it, and they said he had to schedule an appointment for it. Really? What if there is something wrong with the vehicle and I shouldn't be driving it? Besides, the Pathfinder is still under warranty, shouldn't they want to make sure there's nothing terribly wrong that could get worst if we wait it out? Horrible that this issue was dismissed and now I have to go find a place that will take care of this concern. More
