I came into the dealership on Memorial Day (05/30/2021) to discuss leasing a 2021 Nissan Murano with the intentions of using it to pull my horse trailer. I had no prior knowledge if this is something that to discuss leasing a 2021 Nissan Murano with the intentions of using it to pull my horse trailer. I had no prior knowledge if this is something that was allowed with leased vehicles, along with having a hitch installed on the vehicle. As soon as we pulled in we were greeted by a friendly salesperson, Vanessa Hernandez, who answered all of my questions and completed my lease transaction. She was very knowledgeable and was able to answer every question I had about leasing a vehicle (which I also have never done) and about the Nissan Murano in general. I was shocked to find out that she had only been with the company for a few months; I would have thought she was a seasoned employee with the great people skills and knowledge that she possessed. I should also note that we did end up having to stay two hours past closing time (and it was a holiday) and she was patient and willing to help us through the end. I am very pleased with my experience at Gordie Boucher and my new lease vehicle, and would certainly recommend the dealership and the vehicle to those looking for their next vehicle. More
