Nissan of Greenfield has been a great in the vehicle service & sales department for our family. The most important piece is that you always leave the dealership with a feeling of satisfaction and that t service & sales department for our family. I had an appointment for an oil change/tire rotation at 8:00am. They never even started working on my vehicle until after 9:00am. Why have an appointment if you are not going to honor it? When I checked in and during the hour plus wait no one ever came out to appraise me they were running behind. They just let me sit there wondering. If I hadn't taken it upon myself to inquire on the status at 9:15am, I don't think they would ever said anything. When I did first inquire I got a short I-really-can't-do-anything answer from Audrey. Duke handled things better and showed more concern and sincerely apologized. We ended up leasing a new car that day from Boucher but now I am wondering if I want to have it serviced there. More
