Knock-your-socks-off sales and finance service! I found the 2015 Toyota Venza XLE AWD I was looking for on carfax.com. It was located on the used car lot at Gordie Boucher. When I went to the dealer I found the 2015 Toyota Venza XLE AWD I was looking for on carfax.com. It was located on the used car lot at Gordie Boucher. When I went to the dealership to see, drive and potentially purchase it, I was directed to one of the sales staff, Drew. He took excellent care of me from the moment I sat down at his desk. He was courteous, friendly and extremely professional, He listened attentively to my concerns and discussed my needs with me. Drew allowed me to make my own decision regarding purchase and assisted me through the finance process. Although it took some time to get everything taken care of, he sat with me and conversed casually to keep me occupied. The finance representative, PJ, was very helpful and got me the best deal he could. After all of the documents were signed, Drew even volunteered to return my rental car for me once my Venza was ready for delivery. I have rarely received such attention and great service from other dealerships. I totally appreciate Drew as a person and salesman and thank PJ for his help in getting me into my vehicle! More

Just looking to buying On March 3, I stopped by Boucher Nissan and was greeted warmly by Julia Hansen. she asked how she could Help. I told her what I was looking for and my price range. She showed me a number of cars that I might like. I selected the Versa as the one that would meet my needs. She indicated that she had a car on the lot that I could look at and brought it for me to see. She explained all the safety features I wanted and more. I took a short test drive and liked it. I asked if a red one was available and she indicated she could get one. We agreed to meet the next day to see if we could make a deal. I brought in my trade and we went over the price; we were able to agree. On Saturday, I got my car! Julia's work did not stop there. She spent time going over all the features i.e. safety, comfort, and conveniences of the car. She has followed up with phone calls to see if I had any questions and how I was enjoying the car. She is an excellent salesperson. I enjoyed the experience. I had been looking for a car, but I went in not expecting to buy. She made the sale! 5* Scale 1-5 More
