Brought my vehicle into the dealership regarding a Service light. I was meant by Kory Lambert. Kory approach me immediately. Kory was very pleasant and professional. While waiting in the waiting room Service light. I was meant by Kory Lambert. Kory approach me immediately. Kory was very pleasant and professional. While waiting in the waiting room or let me know that my vehicle needed a MAF Sensor, cooling system & Platinum fuel service. I gave Kory the okay to complete the work. Kory let me know it was going to take a while to complete the work and offer me a ride home and have me pick up when the work was completed. Kory made the process for me very smooth, and I was able to get my vehicle before the close of business. Kory did a great job in Explaining the detail work that was done to my vehicle. Kory was very attentive and Pleasant I really appreciate the way he handles his business in a very professional way. Thanks! More

Maybe just me or a coincidence in the used 2019 Ford F150 i have purchased, but since i purchased at end of sept. 2024. It has now been at the shop 8 weeks / 3 seperate times. reassembly was not done correc i have purchased, but since i purchased at end of sept. 2024. Commumication is a lack there of. everyone has a decent attitude when you arrive or speak with on the phone. return calls and help are a lack there of as well. Wishing these folks the best but somethings could be a bit better then the experience i have received here in the Hwy 100 location of Boucher Nissan ! OR not buy a used vehicle here ! More
