We apologize for the inconvenience. As we explained, unfortunately, due to employee shortages (around the country), we did not have the proper technician coverage to diagnose the concerns your brought up on the day of your scheduled oil change/tire rotation. When you brought your vehicle back, we were able to dianose the issue but of the 2 issues we found, we only had the parts on hand (again, another issue around the country), to fix one of the issues. We ordered the part and got your vehicle fixed as soon as the part arrived. We, too, share your frustration in lack of workers and lack of parts but we're trying hard to provide the best experience for you with what we're currently capable of. Again, we apologize, and we hope these issues will rectify themselves in the future. Alex Hienz - Service Manager

I do realize all that. Just if no one tells you it is not rectified. Your employees are doing the best they can and being outgoing and friend during the overwork. This is not your fault as a dealership so much but an issue with NISSAN in my eyes. I was conveying the frustration and the major inconvenience it was. Thank You for the response.
