Julia really cares about the customer experience and will go out of her way to show that - brought in a car from a sister dealer for me, followed up, was SUPER patient throughout the process as my credit was frozen, needed to go out to get a debit card, etc. She waited for hours and helped through the struggles/was very supportive. My wife and I have had a few experiences where dealers promise one thing over the phone and then when we get there, they don't follow through with their promises. We can tell that this dealership takes pride in delivering on their promises. This is especially apparent in who they they hire to represent their company. Vanessa is a wonderful salesperson who went above and beyond from day 1. Drew was one of the more pleasant finance managers that we have run across. He showed us all of the extended warranty options and gave us the freedom to choose without unnecessary pressure. More
