I had a tail light replaced. The mechanic replaced it with another BROKEN tail light. When questioned, he said they were all broken. Who does this! I was told I would receive a discount. The only thing offered was a 10% discount. I can give you a coupon for this. The service guy was very good, but you have lost me as a customer. If I had not checked the tail light I am sure you would have said it was my fault. More

Kory the Service Advisor did a great job of diagnosing a challenging issue with my 2017 Nissan Altima and working with me on a solution that didn't break the bank.
