Work was scheduled to be complete by noon. Paperwork was lost or misplaced and work didn't start until I called to check status. My concern was that had I not called early p.m. to check status the work may lost or misplaced and work didn't start until I called to check status. I knew this was the dealership for me,I had been servicing my 2012 armada for a few years and the prices were not astronomical, and once I decided to upgrade to a 22 armada the sales people were 100 servicing my 2012 armada for a few years and the prices were not astronomical, and once I decided to upgrade to a 22 armada the sales people were 100% on point,they made every effort possible to make my buying experience as seamless as possible... My salesperson Lisa Faucher was amazing,helpfull and informative, Tom was helpful in making the payments fit my budget,and what can I say about Drew...he was a great guy and made me feel at ease with the decisions I made with financing..I can't say enough,if they keep this up I'll have to buy another car from them..lol More
