The dealership & customer service has generally been good. I am however disappointed and angry with whoever tightened my valve stem caps after my tire rotation completed in September. Consequently, I re good. I am however disappointed and angry with whoever tightened my valve stem caps after my tire rotation completed in September. Consequently, I recently had a low air warning light, and could not remove the valve stem cover to that tire. I had not touched the tire valve stem covers or put air in the tires in between the tire rotation I had at Boucher dealership in September 2024. November 2024 I ended up paying for a new valve stem with labor costing $65.00. A $10.00 discount per Kory, the service specialist. Then found out the tire pressure sensor inside was loose & damaged costing more money. Today, I went to put new plastic covers on the remaining valve stems and cannot remove any of the existing caps! It's obvious that the caps were overtightened during tire rotation in September 2024. They show no corrosion. More

Danny and Cathy were great and a refreshing change from some other folks we dealt with at various dealers, especially the ‘lower priced’ dealers (who advertise lower prices, but really make it difficult to some other folks we dealt with at various dealers, especially the ‘lower priced’ dealers (who advertise lower prices, but really make it difficult to get them, if not impossible, and then play a game of salesperson/mean sales manager over and over).
