Recall I received a letter from Ford notifying me of a recall for the F150. It was not serious so I didn't act on it immediately. Shortly thereafter, I received a call from Bouche Menomonee Falls to schedule the work. I dropped it off at the scheduled time and went home. I got a call telling me the work was completed sooner than I expected. This all occurred during the covid-19 advisory. I had to approve the work by signing with my finger on a electronic device. They did have sanitizer immediately available but I prefer not to have had to do that. Secondly, the truck was supposed to be washed after the work was completed. It was not. The attendant offered to run it through while I waited but I chose not to. Minor issues but they made the experience less than perfect. More

Friendly staff, allowed me to make a same day visit over the lunch hour as I was in a pinch! Friendly upon arrival and timely completion of my oil change.
