when i first inquired about this vehicle was talking with John the used car manager told me we had some wiggle room in the price. when I came back to buy this vehicle John had been on vacation. Josh went back to talk to somebody they said they wouldn't budge cuz they had somebody else looking at the vehicle behind me. so the dealer did not keep his word. so wood I recommend this dealer to anybody I don't think so wasn't looking to break the bank on this vehicle had seen the exact same vehicle a year newer less miles for a thousand less that's all I was looking for it's a shame because I thought this would be a dealer I would look forward to working with again thanks for listening. I was told it would only take a couple of days and it took a week and a half. When I asked (again) if they checked the computer, the response was “specifically what are they checking the computer for?”. took a week and a half. I was really upset about that question because we had discussed all of that when I dropped the car off, which meant I wasn’t being heard and it would not have been checked if I didn’t bring it up again. The worst part, is the problems all still exist after the return of my car. This will be the last car I buy from this dealership More
