Bought a new Explorer Platinum. We test drove on a Monday evening, then brought our car on Tuesday evening for trade value. After agreeing to trade value we decided to buy and put a deposit on the vehicle to evening, then brought our car on Tuesday evening for trade value. After agreeing to trade value we decided to buy and put a deposit on the vehicle to buy, then set an appointment for that Saturday to take delivery. We arrived that Saturday 10 minutes early, ended up spending 2+ hours there as vehicle wasn’t ready, the agreed upon price we had in writing wasn’t on the paperwork and vehicle had foot/kick marks on glove box and rear of front passenger seat. When we finally had keys and getting ready to pull out of dealership we noticed the vehicle had an extra 22 miles on it from the previous Tuesday. We brought this to they’re attention but never did get an answer as to who drove it after us. Mind you we put a deposit on it so in legal terms that was our car. After an hour driving it we noticed a pretty good size ding in the plastic dashboard and a scratch in the leather on the dash. They did repair it for us but as I’m writing this review two months after purchase it’s starting to peel. Our salesman Josh was great during all this, but the store manager seemed annoyed by our concerns, and buying a $60,000 car shouldn’t be a nuisance to anyone in that building. Will not recommend this dealership to anyone. *upfront honesty here, we haven’t reached out about the above mentioned peeling to their repair, the point is when did it happen? Did whoever put the mystery 22 miles on it do it? When purchasing from anyone make sure you inspect every inch before paying. More
