Very friendly sales staff that were very transparent about everything. I was surprised and very pleased that when they quoted me a price that it included tax, title, license and dealer prep. After researching most of the summer for a used truck, I found what I thought was a good possibility at Boucher Ford in Kenosha. I ended up working with Scott Verhagen at the dealership. Scott was friendly, personable and not at all pushy. He let my wife and me take all the time we wanted looking over and driving the truck around by ourselves. Vehicle buying is not an activity that I am fond of, but Scott made it a very low stress situation for us. We ended up buying the 2007 Ford F-150, and I think that we are going to be very happy with it. We are certainly happy about the shopping experience, and would heartily recommend Boucher Ford; and especially Scott Verhagen (though I suspect that the culture and attitude I witnessed at this dealership would carry through to all of their sales people). I went in to this dealership, even though there are several closer to me simply due to the fact that the one in Gurnee (my home town) sucks. We went to purchase a new Mustang on a Wednesday at 7:30pm, Phillip made sure that everything was done that evening and had the porter stay late to clean our vehicle even.
