Appointment for 2 recall items (brakes and door latches) scheduled 3 weeks in advance. Jessica notified day of the appointment (11/27) that parts on the brake recall were backordered with an unknown ETA. I scheduled 3 weeks in advance. Jessica notified day of the appointment (11/27) that parts on the brake recall were backordered with an unknown ETA. I told Jessica to go ahead and perform the recall work on the door latches which did have parts in stock for. Jessica said she would talk to the service tech and get back to me. Never heard back from Jessica and 4 days later on 12/1, I called Jessica to find out status. She said oh, your car is ready for pickup and apologized for not calling me back. She offered drop off service to my home that day which I gladly accepted since I live close to 20mi away. The next day I got in my car and the drivers side window did not work. Because this was a Saturday, I had to wait to call Jessica on 12/4. On 12/4 I was sent to her voice-mail and left a message explaining the window was not working and based on the nature of the door latch repair, was it possible the window motor was not reconnected or maybe damaged? Asked Jessica to call me back. On 12/7 I called Jessica a second time because I had not heard back from her yet. Once again, I got her voice-mail, and left another message asking her to please call me back. I never heard back from Jessica. On 12/28, I got a call from Jessica leaving me a voice-mail saying she has me slotted in for next Wednesday 1/3 to have my brake and door latch recall work done. I decided to not return Jessica's phone call, and will no longer service or purchase any additional vehicles from Boucher. More
