I scheduled an online appointment for a recall and oil change. Upon arrival my appointment wasn't in the system. I provided my email confirmation. I wasn't even offered the convenience to reschedule while I was there picking up my vehicle. More

Although the service manager took care of my vehicle quickly there seem to be cold response to issue that caused the problem in the first place. The day before I had my oil changed, tires rotated and so quickly there seem to be cold response to issue that caused the problem in the first place. I decided to mark a tire to see how the tries are rotated. when the truck came back the tires weren't rotated correctly. I ask two service advisors in the service department and they both gave me two different answers. Then I ask Vilas who came from the service bay for another reason and gave me the correct answer (need two put the front tires to the back and cross them to the other side and pull the back to the front. Front tires were not switch to the other side) . The service manager said he would fix the problem with the tire but didn't apologized or share any fixes with the bay techs who did this incorrectly... just seem very cold about the whole thing.
