Staff was friendly. However, I was not informed in advance of the "diagnostic fee". I sat there for an hour for them to confirm what I had told them was wrong with my car, was actually the issue only advance of the "diagnostic fee". I sat there for an hour for them to confirm what I had told them was wrong with my car, was actually the issue only to be told that all the parts are on backorder. So I've now paid $75 for absolutely nothing and have no clue when you may or may not get the parts. I absolutely feel like you stole 75 from me and I will be taking my care elsewhere to be repaired. I have never been charged a fee just to look at my vehicle. More
