Two days & 3 of the 6 items have been repaired Repairs requested 1. Oil change -completed & billed me. 2. Windows auto up, adjust memory - completed under warranty. 3. Replace engine block heate Repairs requested 1. Oil change -completed & billed me. 2. Windows auto up, adjust memory - completed under warranty. 3. Replace engine block heater cord - completed under recall. 4. Check wheel alignment - “sorry no time” . 5. Door latch anti-freeze recall - “sorry no time”. 6. Seatbelt tensioner recall - “sorry no time” I called ahead to schedule an appointment. Spoke to Rick and told him about my requests so they could take care of all the items. I also explained to Rick it’s a 40 mile trip for me one way (( 40*2drop&pick service auto=80+(40*4my ride there&back=160)=240miles). I went to local Ford dealers before this. They would eagerly change the oil but had difficulty finding time to do recalls and warranty repairs. Somewhat made reference to go we’re I bought the vehicle. The following week I took my truck in the day before to drop off. Two days later Half the items were corrected. Loved the salesman Harry Lakric. Sold me what I ordered. Not to pushy but informative. bent wiper blade When I brought my 2017 Ford Explorer in for scheduled maintenance my wiper blade (driver side) worked fine. Upon returning home I noticed that the bla When I brought my 2017 Ford Explorer in for scheduled maintenance my wiper blade (driver side) worked fine. Upon returning home I noticed that the blade was only clearing about half of the driver side windshield making it very difficult to see through it. When I inspected the wiper blade, I noticed it was bent significantly. it cost me $28.37 to have it replaced. Not happy! More

Car repair I brought my car in to get serviced for wheel vibration, left pull, Sync system acting up and my Lincoln right approach light not working right. At f I brought my car in to get serviced for wheel vibration, left pull, Sync system acting up and my Lincoln right approach light not working right. At first I was told that nothing can be done about the wheel situation but after voicing my opinion, another tech took over it and she is great. No more problems. The approach light is fine and my Sync System seems to be working fine as well. Needed Service I recently moved out of the area of Gordie Boucher in West Bend. My car needed service quickly. I called two other Ford dealers in my area and they ha I recently moved out of the area of Gordie Boucher in West Bend. My car needed service quickly. I called two other Ford dealers in my area and they had no up coming appointments available. I called Gordie Boucher were I had taken my car for oil changes and hoping they would have an opening sooner than the other two dealers. Keeping my 2009 Ranger in tip-top condition I had my 2009 Ranger custom built in 2009 and delivered to me in June of that year and currently have 160,000 miles on it. As a Dentist of over 40 ye I had my 2009 Ranger custom built in 2009 and delivered to me in June of that year and currently have 160,000 miles on it. As a Dentist of over 40 years experience I am a fanatic about preventative maintenance for all things....especially my beloved Ranger! Beau Blotzer (Service Advisor) and Bob Goyen (Technician) are truly a "Dynamic Duo" for the Boucher Group Service Department in West Bend, WI, and have consistently kept my Ranger in tip-top condition over the years, in fact, my 10 year old Ranger literally runs and "feels" as good as the day I took delivery of it 10 years ago!! Thanks Beau and Bob!! :)...........I would literally give them "10 Stars" but your survey only has 5 Stars on it....too bad!! More
