Service tech We purchased a used Lincoln, they said they do a through inspection on all vehicles . Unfortunately they do NOT , the rim was bent on the inside so y We purchased a used Lincoln, they said they do a through inspection on all vehicles . Unfortunately they do NOT , the rim was bent on the inside so you don't see the damage. Then they tried to say that we had done the damage . Good thing we purchased the tire and wheel road hazard insurance. But they want to charge us $ 950.00 , so we had to go through our paperwork and tell them about the insurance. I would of thought they would check for there clients , sometime we would forget that option was purchased. Then when we had the service done , they inflate the prices on parts , and the service tech was very rude . More

Heated Seat not working and rear defroster I brought my car in for servicing the driver heated seat that does not heat either when auto starting or manually as well as the center grid on the re I brought my car in for servicing the driver heated seat that does not heat either when auto starting or manually as well as the center grid on the rear window not working. The car was there for a week due to parts but had a loaner the whole time. I picked up my car and find the heated seat still does not work and I have to wait for few weeks for a new rear window to repair the rear defroster. It's the first time taking in my car for servicing that the problem was no corrected and still having problems so I can't be too harsh in this review but with winter here and cold temps, it would be nice if my heated seat was working to at least give me some warmth while the car warms up going in it on the coldest days or nights. More
