Had a problem with audio off. Neal said it would need a new battery to see if that was the problem. He also mentioned the car needed an elinement as tires were wearing on one side. He said the battery would be $150 and the alien meant would be $110. I have the platinum warranty and my total cost would be the $100 deductible plus battery fee and alinement fee. There was no mention of a diagnostic fee. Went to pick up the car and I was not pleased with his explanation of the cost breakdown. My explanation was this is what the total cost was and you only have to pay this. No explanation on what was done in detail. I feel when you pick up a car I should not have to go over my bill at home to figure what was done. There also should have been a clearer explanation that I would be paying for a diagnostic fee to replace the battery. I am also tired oh hearing they need the loaner car back ASAP. When I bought the platinum warranty it was no problem to have car to use while my car was being looked at. Better communication is what is needed at the west bend location. Not happy at all. More
