The work was performed to expectations. The only negative comment I have is that when I scheduled the appointment I was told it would take 3- hours. Dealership as a whole The sales dept. stood behind what they said they were going to do to the vehicle that I purchased which they did. They said they didn't do it but the Boucher service dept. said they would cover it. I've never heard of a dealership coming forward and doing this. The next vehicle will come from Boucher. More

During my recent visit, an issue was discovered which required my vehicle to be at the dealership longer than anticipated. Angela, the service supervisor, did a great job of keeping me in the loop as to the repair status, what was going to be needed, and how long it would take. I was able to use a loaner vehicle for the length of repair, with no questions asked.
