A Smooth Visit I was treated royally from arrival to departure. The greeter (Bob?) was excellent and Barb had everything ready for a quick registration. (Diedre?) Fast Oil Change - Prompt Perfect Service with a smile I called to set up the appointment with Angela for the multipoint inspection "the works" oil change. She is always so helpful. A staff member who usually drives me home and back when leaving my vehicle was there with a friendly smile at 7:00 am to start the check-in process. Neil came over to assist and finish the check-in with his tablet. I walked past the manager's office and received a warm hello and handshake from Ken, who got up to greet me. I then enjoyed getting some work done in the lounge area (coffee and snacks included) and was driving out with my oil changed, spot-on inspection report, and a clean vehicle at about 7:30.
