UP-Set Customer I have been using Boucher for my F150 Fords since 2016. I have had Recalls and Normal Service Done here for years. This time I called and made a appointment for 9:00AM, I had a Doctors appointment at 1:00PM in Waukesha with my Urologist! I had your Coupon for the Works for $44.95, I wanted to up grade to full Synthetic Mobil 1, I told her when I called and when I checked in. I also had 2 Recalls that needed to be done! I got there at 8:45 AM. had to wait for a Rep for 10:00 Minuets. I told her what I was here for and told her I had the coupon for the works $44.95, she said there would be and extra charge because I wanted the Mobil 1, I understand that. Said it would be about 2 Hours, I will be in the waiting area! After some time the service man comes to me and says they didn't find the Key for my lock nuts on my wheels. I had no Idea where it was and was never asked for it before. So he says they can not rotate my tires or check the brakes. AT 11:55 AM I see my Truck pulled up for delivery. i wait and wait, at 12:15 PM I go talk to a rep and she says they are probably waiting for the paper work! At 12:30 My Rep comes and says my Truck is ready and here is your Bill.$78.92, I said haw can it be this much, she tries to explain but makes no sense at all, I am now going to be late for my Appointment with my Urologist. I pay and leave! I am not a Happy Customer! I didn't get everything done and I was over charged for the services they did. The free Car Wash is Great if you don't let it sit in the Sun for almost 1/2 hour so all the water spots can set in real good. Daniel Bracey More
