Great! Fell at ease right away! Felt great dealing with Kim and was able to raise my vehicle concerns with her regarding the squealing noise I was experiencing with it! The first appointment was rather long (about 3 hours), but I needed a 4 wheel alignment along with diagnosing the squealing problem. The second appointment was long also, but the rear brakes had to be completely repaired and I understood this. Look forward to working with Kim in the future! More

Fantastic Service I scheduled an oil change and was greeted by wonderful service staff. I was checked in quickly. While they were doing their paperwork, they had a rep I scheduled an oil change and was greeted by wonderful service staff. I was checked in quickly. While they were doing their paperwork, they had a report that my front wheels were a bit out of alignment. They had the time to preform the work necessary to get me back on the road. Was told that my car would be done in approximately 2 hour, it was completely finished in under 90 minutes. Can’t beat that! More

In November of 2019 we purchased a 2012 GMC Acadia from Gordie Boucher Ford. after delivery of the car we discovered there were several things that had not been fixed that the window sticker that had been Gordie Boucher Ford. after delivery of the car we discovered there were several things that had not been fixed that the window sticker that had been placed on the car said we're fine and we're okay. Boucher fixed many of the problems but it came down to the heater air conditioner unit on the vehicle and they couldn't find a reason for the problem. he was sent to another dealership to find a fix and came back with the same problem. Today I got it independent mechanic to look at the vehicle and he was able to find out the reason why things were not working by simply looking at the codes on the computer. He is fixed one of the problems but there's another cold that comes up again in it he will be fixing that on Thursday. I feel that Gordie Boucher service department did not go deep enough into the vehicle to find out what was wrong and if they did to go in deep enough in the computer to find out what was wrong then they decided they were not going to spend any more money on it and kept telling me telling me that they would look at it when it got to be 60 degrees when the air conditioners would work properly. This vehicle came from their Janesville store and was serviced and checked out there. West Bend dealer did not go over it again and make sure that the initial inspection was correct. I feel wrong in that I've been let down the street and told things that I have since found were not true I do not know who was at fault I just know that the overall the dealership is now going to cost me a good deal of money in in order to fix the car. More
