Price is right for parts and labor BUT... They do a good job making repairs and feel that they are very upfront and honest. BUT.. I do not like the fact that every time you have a problem that there is a diagnostic fee especially when you are telling them what is wrong. The price should be for labor and repair without a diagnostic fee if you know the problem. If your car is under warranty, this is a great place to go. If it is not, you might be able to save some money elsewhere if you know what is wrong. More

The work was performed to expectations. The only negative comment I have is that when I scheduled the appointment I was told it would take 3- hours. Dealership as a whole The sales dept. stood behind what they said they were going to do to the vehicle that I purchased which they did. I had to have the windshield replaced and the shop where it was done broke the paint on the window A frame when they installed the new one. They said they didn't do it but the Boucher service dept. said they would cover it. I've never heard of a dealership coming forward and doing this. The next vehicle will come from Boucher. More
