I didn't feel updated about the progress of my repair I did not receive an answer from anybody as to the possible reason my catalytic converter on my car of 16,000 miles needed to be replaced already., t I did not receive an answer from anybody as to the possible reason my catalytic converter on my car of 16,000 miles needed to be replaced already., truly unsatisfying to getting any answers. also I was disappointed that no one wore a mask during a pandemic to protect me from getting covid. I wore mine but I receive more protection for myself when others wear them. Puts my life at risk since I have underlying health issues that put me more at risk of severe complications from this disease. I am actually quite angry about that especially since I needed the shuttle to drive me home and the drivers, neither one wore a mask in the close quarters of the vehicle. I encourage you to rethink your practices to protect your customers. I am also a health care provider so yes, the statements I am making are based on science More
Service work Not pleased with service .Made an appointment to have a censor replaced and asked how long it would take was told 1 to 1-1/2 hours I said I would wait Not pleased with service .Made an appointment to have a censor replaced and asked how long it would take was told 1 to 1-1/2 hours I said I would wait for the car came in on Tuesday and again was asked if I would be waiting for the car I said yes because I wanted to look at some Explorers .After an hour a service person came out and said they could not work on the car until they let it cool down for a few more hours. I said why was I told I could wait for the car they had no answer .I asked for a loaner they said they did not have one they would give me a ride home .Car was done the next day When I got home and looked at billing and car health report there was a 137 mile difference on when the car was brought in and when I picked it up I went in the next day and asked why the difference in mileage the manager said he would look into it and get back to me and also give me a free oil change for my trouble I have not heard back from them. Also on Friday I received a n email saying I had missed my Appointment on Tuesday ! More

The Works Package for oil change, etc. is a good deal. Customer service is great. Appointment for The Works service was right on time - took just about an hour.
